'I really have good and friendly experience with INALSA. On December 2009, I bought a Mixie – victor model. About 3 months later we discovered that the small Chutney jar is cracked from up and can not be used. So I went to Reliance Digital showroom from where I purchased, and they made contact with the dealer in Kolkata. When I took it the respective office, he took it back and replaced with a new one within 15 minutes time. The day was very hot and I was given a glass of cold water too for refreshing. In fact, this is what a customer wants, but many companies fail to give such service.
