Samsung pl60 camera having problem with motherboard

Their is no detail stating that mother board is not under warranty but want to charge for the same
the camera was not used for 2 month has is being charged through he computer USB port so their is no chance was water getting inside the connector but they still say that is is our fault maybe they have drop the water while opening the camera which was not opened in front of me and want to make money. |

the problem was not solved the lens would open when we insert the batterty after removing.the second time i tried to connect the camera through usb port it just stopped neither the lens would open nor does it read the card.could it be of problem with the usb port wire provided with the camera.dose the company is ready to give me time to check the camera connecting to the usb port at their ofice and if the problem persit then what.should i pay for the motherboard before checking the same or latter on. |
