Lenovo laptop not working properly

Respected Sir,

I have LENOVO Y500 laptop purchased on 5-jan-2008. I have extended its warranty to 2011.

Its Serial No. is 7761-47Q-MA-7Z5YH

I am facing problem with this laptop from last 1 year. From last year. I am visiting its service center to get it repaired. I have got repaired its OPTICAL DRIVE 9 times. I have also face problem with its MOTHERBOARD and HARD DISK.

Lenovo has failed to provide me a good solution. Last month i send a legal notice to company. After repairing the laptop they asked me to to sign on a letter which says that i am fully satisfied with the product but i refused to do so. Because i know that this is not a permanent solution. And now they have replied to my
notice saying that there is no problem from our end.

Laptop is still not working.

Please help me to resolve my problem.

I ordered for Lenovo Y550 with 4GB ram configuration. Below is the entire series of events that occurred and how I was ditched by LENOVO when they supplied me 2GB ram after paying for 4GB.

Dear sir,
my laptop makes problem while i switch on my laptop.the sound produces from the cd-drive.i have serviced my laptop even though the problem is not solved proprely so,i am very much disappointment with lenovo laptop.i have also paid 400rs for service in paras computers trichy.so i am requesting for change of cd drive from ur company.In paras computer they have said that we have changed the cd drive,but not yet the problem is solved.

I have a complaint against my laptop warranty, I had purchased my laptop on 10 April 2009, & warranty wuld be finished on 10 April 2010, but as per customer service it has already been finished on 10 Jan 2010, hows that possible, I had complaint so many times in customer service but still I didn't recd any reply from the customer service, I had already forwarded my invoice scan copy to helpdesk through mail, mail id is eservice@lenovowarranty.co.in,, request you to please help me to resolve my problem

MY LAPTOP DISPLY WAS KICKED BY MY DAUGHTER AND DISPLY BROKEN.BUT DISPLY SCREEN PARTLY WORKED.SO I WANT NEW DISPLY AND REMOVE OLD DISPLY.WHERE I DO THIS REPAIR?PLEASE SEND REPLY.
