Consumer Complaint | Bikini Rich Alert Fraud s

I'm and Airtel prepaid No:-9890584644 user in Pune.
EVERY DAY SINCE THE PAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING BIKINI RICH ALERT SMS FROM 54321 NOW ... WHICH FIRST OF ALL I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBE TOO AND SECONDLY THIS SMS CHARGES ME 1/- RS EVERY DAY..... ALL I ASK IS WHAT KIND OF A SHAM/FRAUD/MALPRACTICE YOU AIRTEL PEOPLE ARE RUNNING???.... I HAVE CALLED 121 CUSTOMER CARE 4 TIME NOW... 3 TIMES THEY HAVE ASSURED ME (in their broken English ) THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE DEACTIVATED IN 24 HOURS... BUT MY COMPLAINTS HAVE FALLEN ON DEAF EARS.... AND IF YOU WONDERING WHAT HAPPENED THE 4TH TIME... OH! THE CUSTOMER CALL EMPLOYEE "HUNG UP ON ME"... (wow lovely company, aren't it?)... NOW I'M WONDERING.... ONCE A REALLY GOOD COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL.... SINCE WHEN HAS IT BECOME SUCH A TRICKSTER?
ALL I AM REQUESTING... IS TO DEACTIVATE THIS STUPID SERVICE OF YOURS... I KNOW I'M NEVER GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, SO NOT EVEN ASKING FOR IT... AND I HAVE A GENUINE REQUEST TO STOP THIS HARASSMENT/MALPRACTICES/MONEY MAKING SHAMS... OR YOU'LL LOOSE GOOD CUSTOMERS..

Hi Shezad Aibara, did you find a resolution? My parents are facing the same problem. Did Airtel do anything about this service. I am really shocked after hearing my parents story about the bikini alert deductions.
