ATT Cellphone Service & Renovation
AT&T - Blackberry 8310

I bought two Blackberry phones and activated them through AT&T on the same day but now I came to find out that the expiration day for the contract is different for both cell phones, one will expire 10/06/09 and the other 1/06/10.

The reason why I am complaining is because I have contacted AT&T by mail & phone several times regarding poor connection and being unable to connect whenever there is an emergency. Last time it happened in a mall, the ironic part is that the day after I decided to call regarding this and they told me "you should call Customer Service when this happens"; how? The phones also have problem with browsing the Internet, it takes too long to load. I have asked them that I wanted to cancel my contract since I am not able to get my phone call through although they advertised they have the best signal. They told me that it may be my phone to what I told them that I have friends with the same problem. Customer Service also advised on changing the phone to a 3G but that I won;t be able to get a discount until my contract expires. I was happy to know that it may be soon but one of the phones won't be able to change. They don't seem to know why this contract was done this way since both were bought and activated at the same time.

I need an answer why the contract was made this way, it only seems to serve their purposes. I was not told about it and it was not stated on my written contract. My contract for both phones was for two years on the same day. I would be satisfied either by allowing me to change my both phones on 10/06/09 to 3Gs phones with a contract that will expire on the same day, or letting me cancel the contract for both phones on the same day. Notice that although I've been complaining about poor service and reception nobody from AT&T has given me an answer nor have they given me any credit on my payments.
