Fraud by Vishal Mega Mart

Sir,
This is my complaint about Vishal Mart which is selling a mobile which Nokia company has stopped selling in market.I want 2 say that i purchased my mobile this month on October of this year 2009.and when i had a problem in the mobile and when i want to them they said go to nokia customer care when i went to the nokia mobile centre then they said that this mobile one year warranty is expired so I want to say that its vishal mart is doing fraud with the costumer by selling expired mobile to us which is not good and there employees are taking very loudly to us. |
