Sansui LCD Installation and Demo

This is Kotresh from Bangalore. I have purchased Sansui 32 inch LCD from Big Bazaar on 23rd of Jan. The product has been delivered on 24th of Jan. On the same day i registered a request to Sansui Customer Care.
The Executives has come on 25th and he told Was that wall mounting is not possible and we need to bring a stand for this and he told that he will bring and fix it in 2 days.
From that day onwards i am calling regularly to customer care and asking for the status. But they r giving the same answer as "we will resolve as soon as possible". But upto today's date they r not installed and not given the demo.
Please provide the necessary action and do the needful
