I'm a Reliance GSM Prepaid connection holder, whenever I'm trying to call customer care its always busy given call to reliance customer care after 8 minutes the call has picked i told him to transfer this call to team leader. He asked me the issue i told him to GPRS for this same issue that time he is telling me your calling here for time pass. and we are not sanyasi like guessing and telling you. If am calling customer care for time pass want to complaint against India's First leading telecom Company Reliance to making fool to their customers. He asked me the issue i told him to see my previous interaction he replayed me i can't see without telling the issue.I told him i wont repeat so many times i given call for this same issue that time he is telling me your calling here for time pass. and we are not sanyasi like guessing and telling you. If am calling customer care for time pass i wont wait first 8minit for connecting this call Seriously the service of Reliance is so pathetic there is no word called care in their dictionary. The response of the people in the gallery is very bad & they are not receptive to the customer complaints. This is the feedback I'm getting with almost every reliance user. call to nodel officer to take action on team leader she did in listen any thing she disconnect my call how dare to disconnect call of customer i given lots of mail to reliance company no take necessary action on team and nodel officer today i giving paper add about reliance customer care misbehave with customer. What a disgusting service. i guess there are end number of call attending our calls who have absolutely zero product knowledge and are far far away from customer service skills I wonder did they ever go to school. They don’t even have basic manners. And what kind of English do they speak I have no clue where they learnt it from. Are they customer care associates or pain in our lives. They are just sitting there with their fat asses and taking salaries home for doing nothing. They just work like a dumb machine which just repeats something. They sound scared and just want to get rid of customers. They even keep you on hold for 1 and a half hours. Is that a joke no its not b’coz i was placed on hold for more than one and a half hour when i called and the floor supervisor never bothered to come back. wow! what a supervisor. Everyone reading this please don’t ever make the mistake of buying a reliance phone..O my God! Reliance is such a hopeless service, I should’ve read all these comments before purchasing a prepaid connection. There customer care service is just a formality. I’m sick and tired of making them explain my problem which is that im not able to make any outgoing calls but they are such idiot.Reliance realy need to improve on the customer service part. Disconnect the phone after one hour i again call to customer care service to customer care representative,the person who attend my call listen my problem then he is unable to solve the problem and blaming me disconnect my call what kind of service providing the reliance company to customer then i call to nodel office she did in listen any thing she disconnected my plz take serious action my no 9533066343 my alternate no 9948421237
