Dear sir,
I am Amesh Daftary from Rajkot Gujarat would like to make compalint for My cell number 9276-821941.
As my number is used by my wife at home virgin people are debiting charges from our pre-paid balance without asking us or taking anything in writing from us.
Since my wife is not literate in English they play song and they say dial this and that number.
if she does then they are deducting money from our account.
1) in past 75 rs deducted for caller tune even though we have not subscribed.
2) they are deducting 30 rs charges for news for which we have not subscribed from past six month or more....
3) please tell them to stop any promotion offers to my number which is 9276-821941.
As they have blocked instrument(mobile phone) also that we cant use this instrument with any other company.
looking forward for justification from Government of India to take action on virgin people as they are cheating even though we call customer service they are not listening and say these are charges can not be given back.
these people are cheating to illiterate people.
Please take penalty actions against virgin mobile or switch over to us for another mobile user like vodafone or Reliance....
