To provide me with SEO services on our websites on July of 2009, the agreement was to pay $1000 a month for six months and I will get progress reports every 2 weeks and within 3 months 50% of the keywords will appear on the first page of Google, Yahoo and MSN I did pay for the first month then the things did not go as expected so we agreed to delay the second payment for the month after then we saw some improvement by third month I paid the second payment and since then no improvement was done so I did not make any farther payment and told Agam (my contact Person) when I see that what was promised I will make the 3rd payment, since January 2010 we did not have any communication no return email or answering his phone so the only option I have left with to complaint about this business and demanding my money back, please help me to solve this issue.
I been doing business with 2 other Indian based companies on different issues and did not have any problem with them.
