non good servicing of my car and not replacement of parts

I have purchased my zen estilo vxi car in october 2008.from the beginning i have given my car no. UP 32-CQ-0828 for service in time. Anand Motors was my nearest service station and i have purchased my car from one up motors alambag Lucknow.When I have purchased the car i found that their is a bubbling problem in front wheels,I have complained and informed many times to Anand Motors.They have not taken any effective action towards it.I have visited 16 times and gave the car to solve this problem.but they don't care for it.My all the four tyres are now very in bad condition.I am very much disappointing because of my car condition.Suspension is also not working well now.Sir I have full faith on the Maruti cars that's why i have purchased it but now i am thinking that it was my wrong decision.Sir please take some quick action on my request so that my problem could be solved.
I shall be highly obliged if u consider my request in Ur favor.
