Bad service from Samsung service centre

Hello,

I bought a Samsung Corby around 3-4 months ago. I initially had problems with the phone getting hanged and the touch screen, especially the keypad to type a message was giving a lot of trouble like, if i press one key another key was getting activated (e.g. if i press a, d would appear). I was anyway unhappy with the phone but did not give it for service.

After around 3 months 2 lines appeared across the screen. Then I decided to get the screen changed and took it to the vendor who asked me to take it to the service centre (in Jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore).
They took the phone for replacing the screen and asked me to come back in 2 days. But after 2 days the phone was not repaired. they asked me come back after another 2 days. this continued for 2 whole weeks. I went to the service centre almost 5 times in 2 weeks. People in the service centre are very rude and do not bother about the customer. They do not respond properly for calls. They hesitate to take any responsibility. I am very very unhappy with the service. I got back the phone unrepaired!!

The customer service people are unaware of anything. 'NO STOCK' is their only reply always. Is this a problem with the suppliers of stock to the service centres or the negligence of the people at the service centre?
