Dear Sir,
I am pintu naskar. i am virgin CDMA mobile user my virgin mobile no.09230831600. when i purchase this CDMA mobile then virgin to virgin free dailly 200 minutes and out going call Rs.1 paise/min daily call charge first 3 minutes Rs.1/min then Rs.0.50/min local. last 3 months this fasility not activete. i have call virgin office customer care last 22/08/2010 he confirm me wihin 24/08/2010 this service avalable he is give me a complane no. VNT07074862. But to-day 25/08/2010 not activate.
Sir i request to you pls help me.

This is Rashmi Ranjan, i am purchasing a new vargin sim on 26/09/2010. and today is 28/09/2010.A have submit all the document. but still my sim is not working.
i have purchase virgin sim form mobile store.even he is unable to short out this problume.
