silencer complaint

This is g.sridhar from visakhapatnam. i purchased a bike pulsar180 on january 29 2009. frequently iam doing the servicing in varun motors in visakhapatnam. i am facing many problems for that bike when iam going to the servicing they are charging minimum 2000,for some reasons. recently my silencer got small hole near the clamp, first they said they will give it in warranty now they r saying they can't give ir in warrenty,when iam taking the bike from the servicing there is some complaint before it won't be there i am not at all satisfied with this product ,not even providing good service. i want to put this in consumer court.
