nondelivery of gas cylinder on time

Dear Sir/Madam
I am existing consumer of INDANE GAS SERVICES, I had booked my cylinder on date 12/01/2012,through mobile
no;09911554411,they sms me booking no:7038-3943713 on same day, on next day they sms me cash memo
no:-7045.and assure me delivery of cylinder shortly.
Today is 20/01/2012, their complained contact no 18002333555 is nonoperational,distributor is not picking the phone 0120-2741924;0120-2743977.
My distributor is CAPTAIN GAS SERVICE,SECTOR-12,GHAZIABAD.
After recieving the cash memo no. and assurance how many more days we should wait?,as me and my wife both are working couple.it would be better if they can give the date of delivery +/- 1 day?
