Unavailibility of spares

|
My power steering pump is bleeding oil, my door lock guard is still not delivered but none of the company executives are ready to listen to it, indirectly they are forcing me to give up my persuation.
I am really fed up because I am not getting the necessary spares.
The fault has been detected one months back but till date it is not available.
