| Sir,I am using the airtel prepaid number(08984899989,Orissa) since six months.Now am on roaming since 4 months(at Maharashtra).There is a power plus of RS 44.00 for roaming plan for calls to be reduced to 1.2p/sec(outgoing calls).I have recharged rs 44.00 at Maharashtra on dec 9th 2011.But after recharge the outgoing calls are 60p(airtel to airtel) and 80p(airtel to others)mobiles.According to 44 roaming plan there should be 1.2p/sec pulse,But since then they are wrongly deducting extra charges.From then I have complaint several times to airtel customer care,But they are not responding till today.They have also gave the complaint numbers several times to me(by sms).But nothing else happened else.One of a customer care complaint number is CWRCH30108735925 ON 8TH JAN 2012. |
