Bill Plan Not Change

I am Airtel customer from past 12 years now got good plan with other service providor wanted to migrate to them with them with the help of MNP. However after sending porting SMS, Airtel called me and asked to continued with them and offered same plan with 10% discount and committed plan name was "Super Saver 349", but even after 13 days they have not changed the plan and hence I sent mail to customer care and for that they replied saying that it will be activaited as per my request. After 3-4 days still it was not active and called customer care and asked about it, but they say it cannot be activaited as it was corporate plan. If that is the case why they have committed and why they have stoped my migration? I have complained to nodel officer which was of no use and contacted appelette department but till now no updation.
It was great loss for me as other service provider was offering me a good plan which I missed just based on the airtle commitment. My complaint no. was 41571135 and my contact no is 9845051460. Airtel confirmation mail no. was Qrc11601121901057498370.
Hope airtel will do the needful before I sue them. |
