Our Main Dealer - M/s Arasu Hyundai, Trichy send the urgently needed parts to our servicing vehicle last Saturday dated on. 29th Jan 2012 to M/s Arasu Hyundai, Villupuram. But till now i not received the parts. Our technician four times went to courier service point for ask him the parts status. Their no one respond well. and also he said if you not satisfaction our service na you change another one. He told he not change their attitude for the parts delay. Here my customer complaint me our Hyundai plant for the reason of parts delay. They put penalty and remarks to me. Here My POD no and Mobile No given below for your reference.

Your courier service name is Professional. But the name is not in your job. Here Villupuram Branch totally spoiled your name. Yes really its very very worst behaviour and service. Please take them serious action against Villupuram Branch. This is not only my problem. So many dealers follow the same one.
